A Place for Us

There's a place for us, somewhere a place for us
Peace and quiet and open air, wait for us somewhere
There's a time for us, someday a time for us
Time together with time to spare, time to learn time to care

Someday somewhere, we'll find a new way of living
We'll find a new way of giving, somewhere.

There's a place for us, much time and a place for us
Hold my hand and we're halfway there
Hold my hand and I'll take you there
Someday somehow somewhere...

Atau kata-katanya yang dalem banget and reminds me of someone that once be part of me.

Hmmm... There's a time for us, someday a time for us. Hold my hand and I'll take you there

why of why

- If 7-11 is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, why are there locks on the doors?
- If nothing ever sticks to TEFLON, how do they make TEFLON stick to the pan?
- You know how most packages say "Open here". What is the protocol if the package says, "Open somewhere else"?
- Why do they put Braille dots on the keypad of the drive-up ATM?
- You know that little indestructible black box that is used on planes, why can't they make the whole plane out of the same substance?
- Why is it that when you're driving and looking for an address, you turn down the volume on the radio?
- If someone invented instant water, what would they mix it with?
- Why is it called a TV "set" when you only get one?
-Why is it called a "building" when it is already built?
- Why is there an expiration date on SOUR cream?
- Why does flammable and inflammable mean the same thing?
- Why is the word "abbreviate" so long?
- Why did kamikaze pilots wear helmets?
- How can there be "self help GROUPS"?
- Why are we afraid of falling? Shouldn't we be afraid of the sudden stop?
- Why is it called 'after dark', when it is really after light?

Isn't just weird when...

- People who point at their wrist while asking for the time. I know where my watch is pal, where the @#$@ is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?
- People who are willing to get off their arse to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually.
- When people say "It's always in the last place you look." Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it?
- When people say while watching a film "Did you see that?" No, I paid Rp. 20.000 to come to the cinema and stare at the floor.
- People who ask, "Can I ask you a question?" Didn't really give me a choice there, did you sunshine?
- When something is "new and improved!" Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, there must have been something before it.
- When people say, "Life is short." What?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that's longer?

Crashed Mountain

Well... the prediction comes true huh?

Lalu siapa yang bisa melupakan kemenangan lagu street hip hop soundtrack Hustle and Flow, It's Hard Out There for a Pimp pada ajang super resmi ini.

Sementara Memoirs of a Geisha puas kebagian jatah 2 Oscar.

Woman's Geography

Bigwoman_1
Between the ages of 18 and 21, a woman is like Africa or Australia. She is half discovered, half wild and naturally beautiful, with bush land around the fertile deltas.

Between the ages of 21 and 30, a woman is like America or Japan. Completely discovered, very well developed and open to trade, especially with countries with cash or cars.

Between the ages of 30 and 35, she is like India or Spain. Very hot, relaxed and convinced of her own beauty.

Between the ages of 35 and 40, a woman is like France or Argentina. She may have been half destroyed during the war, but can still be a warm and desirable place to visit.

Between the ages of 40 and 50, she is like Yugoslavia or Iraq. She lost the war and is haunted by past mistakes. Massive reconstruction is now necessary.

Between the ages of 50 and 60, she is like Russia or Canada. Very wide, quiet, and her borders are practically unpatrolled but the frigid climate keeps people away.

Between the ages of 60 and 70, a woman is like England or Mongolia. She has a glorious and all conquering past, but alas, no future.

After 70, they become like Albania or Afghanistan. Everyone knows where she is, but no one wants to go there.

So... been any of those countries??

In this -as they said- month of love (yikes!). No less then 5 persons i know decided to tie the knots a.k.a get married. One of them is my brother.

For some people, word "marriage" is as frigthening as "school" or even "hell". Therefore, i salute them who has the courage to take the next phase of life by ending their single life and share the next phase of their life with someone else or the right one or the half other or the one or whatever they name it.
I hope they'll have a great marriage and live happily ever after. Wish me luck so i can join you.. someday, LOL.

Gay Cowboys and Country Singer head the Globes

Brokeback_mountain_4

Desperate_housewives

2006_x3

A new year, a new reel of movies making their way to your local cinema. But what to watch? I say all of them. At least there are more than 50 movies that i considered as 'great movies' this year. However... since it'll cost me a watch to see all of them.. :P I've compiled a lookahead of 15 of this year's best movies.

Some of the screen's greatest icons are back in 2006, from James Bond to Superman. And for those of you who simply detest change, there's a heap of sequels; from X-Men 3 to Pirates Of The Caribbean 2. Yeap, there are also remakes, adaptations and CGIs!

Be grateful, be very grateful. Prepare a note book and start to write in your agenda:

1. V for Vendetta (March 17)
2. Ice Age 2: The Meltdown (March 30)
3. Silent Hill (April 21)
4. Mission: Impossible: 3 (May 5)
5. Poseidon (May 12)
6. The Da Vinci Code (May 19)
7. X-Men 3 (May 26)
8. Superman Returns (June 30)
9. Pirates of the Carribean 2: Dead Man's Chest (July 7)
10. Miami Vice (July 28)
11. The Eye (August 25)
12. Marie Antoinette (October 13)
13. Casino Royale (November 17)
14. Eragon (December 15)
15. Charlotte's Web (December 20)

The most anticipated movie of 2006's poll on www.mtvasia.com:

1. Superman Returns (14.6%)
2. Mission: Impossible: 3 (13.1%)
3. The Da Vinci Code (31.8%)
4. Underworld: Evolution (8.7%)
5. X-Men 3 (31.8%)

Well well well... guest what? The Da Vinci Code and X-Men 3 plus Eragon are also my most anticipated movie of 2006. What's yours?
